BY A STAFF REPORTER: The protests against the prophet's remarks are still hot in Howrah. This morning, people blocked one place after another in Howrah. The Trinamool-BJP party office in Panchla has been set on fire.
A fresh clash broke out between police and a group of protesters at Panchla Bazar in Howrah today. Police resorted to lathicharge to disperse the frenzied mob. A tear gas cell was also fired.
