BY A STAFF REPORTER: A foreign woman was accused of rape in Goa. A British woman was raped by a local man on the pretext of giving her a massage in front of her male partner near Arambol beach in Goa, police said. The accused local resident Vincent D'Souza (32), was part of a group providing illegal massage services near Arambol beach in North Goa district, which is quite popular with international tourists. He had previously worked as a school librarian, police said. He was arrested by the Pernem police on Monday.
