BY A STAFF REPORTER: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said the BJP has won in Champawat seat in the bypolls. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated him. Chief Minister Dhami won with more than 54,000 votes. With Dhami's victory by a record margin of votes, BJP workers have started celebrating. At the same time, Congress' Nirmala Gahtori got 3607 votes.
