BY A STAFF REPORTER: Again covid cases rises at India. As per Union Health Ministry Report, India records 3,712 fresh cases, 2,584 recoveries, and 5 deaths in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile the Total active cases are 19,509. Daily positivity rate 0.84%. Sources in Karnataka health department said since there was heavy movement of people from both the states to Karnataka, especially capital Bengaluru, hence measures need to be initiated.
