Pre-Open Trading ideas of Bank Nifty Spot for 27-05-2022

BY A STAFF EPORTER: Yesterday after higher opening at 34670 initially slipped upto 34424 & after taking technical support exactly from 5 dma 34400 range bouncing started. 1st crossed 20dma -34555, last day’s high 34722 & finally rocket surging in the 2nd part after break out above 34850 & moved towards 35200 .

The benchmark settled at 35095 with a gain of 755 points as closing basis & It made a bullish candle on the daily frame with a long lower shadow.

It has to continue to hold above 34800-750 zones for an up move towards 35500 and 35750 zones, while on the downside, support exists at 34600 and 34400 zones. Still cautious at higher – focus on dips.

Upside :- R :- 35250—35340--35470—35550

Down side S:- 34950—34800—34660 –34555.
