BY A STAFF REPORTER: On Thursday, two captured Russian soldiers pleaded guilty to "violating the laws and customs of war carried out through an initial group conspiracy" in the Court of Kotelevsky in Ukraine's Poltava region. Oleksander Bobbikin and Oleksander Ivanov have been charged with firing grade rockets from Russia's Belgorod region towards Ukraine's Kharkiv region on February 24. According to the details of the case published on the court's website, they fired and damaged "objects of civilian and important infrastructure, including private houses", at Kajacha Lopan and Veterinorn in kharkiv region.
