By a Staff Reporter: JD(U)'s RCP Singh is the most contested for the ticket. Again, the most important responsibility of the five MPs whose terms have ended is with him. He is currently inducted into the Union Cabinet. Despite this, JD(U) president Lalan Singh, parliamentary board chairman Upendra Kushwaha along with chief minister Nitish Kumar himself have refrained from revealing anything concrete on the issue. RCP Singh too is not saying anything about it.
