New Delhi : On the auspicious occasion of Buddha Poornima and in the virtuous memory of our senior karyakarta Late Shri Ashok Bagdi ji, on 16th May 2022 Tuesday, Anandam Foundation, Delhi Branch organised a "Vishwa Shanti Homyagna" at Valmiki Mandir, Dwarka More, New Delhi.
It started on 10a.m. with Vedic mantras followed by Bhajan with the coordination of Gayatri Parivar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi Branch. The locals joined us merrily and contributed in the programme. Local Karyakarta of Delhi branch Shri Dalvir Singh Aswal and his wife Smt. Sakuntala Aswal performed the Yagya as hosts(Yajmaan). It was concluded with Purnahuti & Prasadam at 2pm. Shri Vikrant Kumar Bagri, Dr. Vivek Sharma and Shri Prabhat Kumar Upadhyay (Karyakarta of Delhi Branch) coordinated the whole programme. Many Professors, Advocates, Doctors, Teachers, Social Workers also attended the programme. Shri Manoj Das, General Secretary of Anandam Foundation was also present on the holy occasion. Total 134 people (invitee) attended the ritual.
