SSC: Partha Chatterjee ordered to appear before CBI office

. Now state's education minister Partha Chatterjee has been directed to appear before the CBI office. Justice Avijit Gangopadhyay directed him to appear before the CBI office by 6pm on Wednesday. The division bench of the Calcutta High Court upheld the verdict of the single bench. Court said that the division bench does not think that the single bench has exceeded the limit in the matter of justice. There are no statutory rules or laws that require all parties affected to be heard. None of the evidence that has come so far has gone in favour of the SSC. There is nothing wrong with the single bench's order to unearth financial corruption. This is not the time to look at the role of advisory committee members separately. '
