BY A STAFF REPORTER: For now, the Sedition law is suspended. That's what the Supreme Court said on Wednesday. The country's top court today said there will be no case under the sedition law until the Centre reconsiders it. In a setback to the central government, the Supreme Court has said that no sedition law can be brought under Section 124A. Even if a case is registered, no one can be arrested. Prisoners can apply for bail.
