A petition has been filed in the Calcutta High Court in the Arjun murder case

By a Staff Reporter: In the alleged murder of Arjun Chowrasia a PIL was filed in High Court at Calcutta, being WPA(P) 209 of 2022. The Hon’ble Court Division Bench headed by the Chief Justice was pleased to direct the post mortem to be conducted at Command Hospital, Kolkata, with one specialist from AIIMS, Kalyani, HoD from RG Kar Hospital to be present. Arjun Chowrasia was BJP's Vice President of Yuva Morcha of BYJM of Kashipur Belgachia, Mandal 1. He was an active worker of BJP. He was found dead dead today. Already Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah visited his family. The state government has been asked to file a report. The petition contained prayer for CBI investigation.
