We will proceed step by step. Apart from this, Prashant Kishor has also announced a 3,000-km 'padyatra' in Bihar from October 2. "There is no election in Bihar at the moment, so there is no question of forming a party now. In the next three-four years, I will try to reach out to the people of Bihar."
