Justice Avijit Gangopadhyay has directed him to appear before the CBI office by 5.30 pm on Tuesday. The judge passed the order in a case filed by Abdul Ghani Ansari in connection with the recruitment of class 9, 10 teachers. The single bench said, "In no way can Partha be admitted to the Woodburn ward. The CBI can even arrest the former education minister if necessary. '
