Utkal Divas Celebrated by Anandam Foundation

Anandam Foundation celebrated the Utkal Divas in collaboration with P.J. College on 1st April 2022 to commemorate the Statehood Day of Odisha. Advocate Bansidhar Parida(Chairman, AIMS Junior College, Cuttack) was the Chief Guest of the programme. He shared his views on the glorious history and culture of Odisha(Utkal & Kaling).

Prof. Ashish Behura(Vice Principal, P.J. College) and Dr. Madhusmita Pati (Prof. Odia Dept, P.J. College) were the honourable guests of the programme.



It started with 'Vedic Mantra chanting' and 'Vande Utkal Janani' patriotic song lead by Pratima Priydarshini Parida.

Shri Manoj Das (General Secretary, Anandam Foundation) told that now is the time to awaken Odisha to create a new history in the world. His book named "Trishanku" (a collection of poems) was also inaugurated during the programme. He also gave vote of thanks at the end of the programme.



Around 120 people attended the programme including the students, Professors & Anandam Foundation Karyakartas. The whole program was moderated by Shri Tapan Sahoo.
