At least 20 killed in Russian attack on Regional Administrative Building in Mykolaiv

By a Staff Reporter: Russia attacked the office of the regional military governor of Ukraine's southwestern Mykolaiv region on Tuesday. At least 20 people were killed and 33 wounded in a Russian attack on building, according to figures released by Ukraine's State Emergency Services on Thursday. Governor Vitaly Kim said half of the building had been destroyed in the Russian strikes.
