BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will be on a two-day visit to India on Thursday. He is expected to meet external affairs minister S Jaishankar in Delhi on Friday. Sergei's visit to India is considered significant in the wake of the war between Russia and Ukraine. It is worth noting that the Western countries have virtually cornered Moscow due to the continuous aggression on Ukraine. Countries in the West have imposed a series of sanctions on Russia.
