THEIVES LIFTING KEYS FROM CALGARY YOGA STUDIO AND THEN SPEEDING OFF IN STOLEN CARS.... Says the Police.

By Chandrayee Roy Choudhury, Canada: Calgary yoga studio attendees leaving classes have been shocked to find their keys or wallets missing — it's happened at least six times this year, police say.

Stepping outside, many have then found that their vehicles have disappeared. Others missing their credit cards later discover a series of fraudulent purchases on their statements.

The first incident was reported to police in January, and five subsequent instances have been reported since then.

"What we're typically seeing is that keys and wallets are being taken from lockers or jacket pockets while attendees are in a class," said Acting Staff Sgt. Darwin Pearce in a release.

Police said incidents have been reported in the southeast, southwest and northwest quadrants of Calgary.
