By a Staff Reporter: As Russia's offensive on Ukraine enters its fifth week, The Governor of Kharkiv, Oleh Sinehbov, gave an indication of the damage caused to the city and surrounding areas. Sinehabov said 140 multiple-launch rockets had been fired in the northeastern region of Ukraine in addition to 44 shelling from artillery, tanks and mortars in the past day. On Thursday, he said: "That's what we call a stable situation."
