By A Staff Reporter : March 23 is the day of death of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Before that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal made a big announcement.In memory of Bhagat Singh, he announced the construction of 'Shaheed Bhagat Singh Armed Forces Preparatory School' on 14 acres of land at Jharoda Kalan in the capital. Kerjiwal also announced that training would be provided to the armed forces completely free of cost.
The Chief Minister further said, ''Any student residing in Delhi can be admitted in this school in class IX and XI. There will be 100 seats in each class. Classes will start this year and we have received 18,000 applications. Separate hostels will be arranged for boys and girls.''
