1,000 Chechen fighters are at war with Ukraine

By a Staff Reporter: The Chechen Republic joined the current war to strengthen Moscow's hand. Meanwhile, 1,000 soldiers have gone to Ukraine to join the Kremlin in military clashes. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on Thursday. The Chechen Republic is a part of Russia. Kadyrov said on Thursday that "1,000 volunteers from the Chechen Republic have launched a special campaign to rid Ukraine of Nazism and militaristic ideas." Kadyrov also said that aap is leading the operation by his trusted follower named Alaudinov. Kadyrov's forces have been accused of abuse of power several times before. Russia's invasion of Ukraine entered 23 days on Friday. Russian forces have already captured 10 cities in Ukraine devastated by the Moscow attack. Yet Ukraine's confident president Volodymyr Zelenskiy claims to be sure of his victory. Talks between the two sides to resolve the military conflict did not yield results.
