Yoga  for Women Programme on International  Women's Day



Kolkata : On the eve of International Women's Day a special programme on "Yoga for Women" was jointly organised by Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Pachimabanga Pranta, Netaji Nagar Karyasthan and Sri Ramakrishana Sevashrama, Tikatal, Khordha, Odisha. On this  occasion a special virtual Yoga session with emphasizing on the common women health issues like Obesity, Diabetes,  Back pain, Knee pain, Thyroid, Menstrual Disorders , Pregnancy (Pre & Post Natal) etc are conducted by Yoga & Wellness Expert Mr. Sanatan Mahakud.



A women may be a Home Maker or Service Holder, always she under goes a tremendous stress. All women need to practice Yoga everyday to Manage their Home and Work Place. It would help them to lead a healthy, stress free and balanced life. Regular Yoga practices, Proper Diet, Relaxation, Recreation and Prayer are the most essential for  each and every women, said Mr. Mahakud. Even though programme was open to all, it was mostly attended by the members and well wishers of Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Pachimabanga Pranta, Netaji Nagar Karyasthan and Sri Ramakrishana Sevashrama, Tikatal, Khordha, Odisha.
