BY A STAFF REPORTER: BJP's massive protest in Assembly. Meanwhile Chief minister Mamata Banerjee urged BJP MLAs to stop the protest. The governor also told the BJP MLAs, "You stop, this is a democratic tradition." In the middle of the session, the governor summoned the speaker of the assembly, Cabinet minister Partha Chatterjee and BJP MLA Shubendu Adhikari. The governor wants to start the traditional speech.
