Meanwhile, India's Permanent Representative to the UN TS Tirumurti said, "India is concerned about what has happened in Ukraine. I appeal to all to get out of this path of violence immediately. No solution ever comes out at the cost of human life. In this atmosphere, the closure of diplomatic negotiations is extremely disappointing. But we need to get back on the path of diplomacy. That is why India has decided to abstain from the voting process. ’
