9 Naxals arrested in 'Operation Double Bull'

By A Staff Reporter : Police arrested 6 Naxalites with the rank of Zonal Commander, Sub Zonal Commander and Area Commander. According to Jharkhand police sources, the nine are arrested in Operation Double Bull, which started on February 8, in the jungles of Bulbul area in Lohardaga and neighbouring districts.Among arrested naxals is one Balram Oraon, the zonal commander of CPI (Maoist) who was carrying a reward of Rs 10 Lakhs on his arrest. During the operation huge cache of arms & ammunition, explosives, detonators and other naxal related materials recovered.
