BY A STAFF REPORTER: Governor Jagdeep Dhankar got a big relief in the Calcutta High Court. The Calcutta High Court dismissed the public interest litigation against him. On Friday, a division bench of Justice Prakash Srivastava and Justice Rajarshi Vardwaj said notice cannot be served to the Governor under Article 361 of the Constitution. The governor is not obliged to reply to the court. '
