Aditya Thackeray visits fly ash dump in Nandgaon

By A Staff Reporter : Pollution is alleged to be increasing through fly ash dumping in Nandgaon.Maharashtra Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray visites the site after getting the allegations. He said, "After receiving the complaint, I watched the videos to get detailed information about the ash dumping. After the meeting, I was instructed to inspect the solid site. Fly ash dumping stopped from Feb 4. Today after taking stock of situation, we instructed that fly ash dumping pipeline be removed immediately &place where ash is being dumped be cleared. Electricity is necessary but we'll take care that environment isn't harmed."
