Voting rate till 1 pm

By A Staff Reporter : Voting has started in Goa, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand since morning. As of 1 pm, the turnout in Goa was 44.63 percent, in Uttar Pradesh 39.07 percent and in Uttarakhand 35.21 percent.
