Godrej Properties: To invest 4 bln rupees in JV with DB Realty
The company will invest 4 bln rupees in DB Realty for 10% stake by subscribing to convertible equity warrants. It will invest another 3 bln rupees in an equal joint venture with DB Realty, which will take on the redevelopment and rehabilitation projects.
