But the number of dead is low. According to the state health department statistics, 3,805 people were infected in the last 24 hours. That's a bit more than thursday. A total of 19 lakh 86 thousand 667 people have been infected with Covid in Bengal. The death toll has dropped slightly in the last 24 hours. 34 people died on Friday. The recovery rate is 96 percent.
