Taliban captures Afghan-Tajikistan border

In a major success, Taliban has been able to capture Afghanistan's main border crossing with Tajikistan. Taliban forces drove out the Afghan military after a brief fight and captured the area. Taliban has been gaining grounds in Afghanistan after US announced and started phased withdrawal of forces from the region.
