After his visa was cancelled for a second time by the Australian immigration minister, his lawyers have huddled together to put up a spirited legal battle. Novak practised throughout the day as his lawyer battled out their strategies. He is the top seed in the Australian Open and is scheduled to play fellow Serbian in the opening match probably on Monday or Tuesday.
