BY A STAFF REPORTER: Before Republic day, IED Bomb found in Capital. On Friday The Delhi Police recovered an improvised explosive device (IED) in Ghazipur Flower Market. Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said, "Based on the information received, an IED has been recovered." The bomb was planted inside a bag that was reportedly lying abandoned in the crowded market.
