BY A STAFF REPORTER: A day after Navjyot Singh Sidhu mentioned that people and Congress High Command will choose the party's next chief minister, a prominent youth leader and Fazilka legislator Davinder Singh Ghubaya expressed confidant that Congress will return to power and Charanjit Singh Channi will remain in the hot seat. Speaking exclusively to ANM News from Punjab, Ghubaya said Congress is banking on development work unleashed by chief minister Channi to win at the hustings. ``We have taken concrete steps against the drug mafia and development is our main plank,'' said Ghubaya who is hoping to win yet again from Fazilka.
