Nitish meets Modi, seeks cabinet berth for JD(U)

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and discussed about Cabinet berth for Janata Dal-United (JD-U). Kumar arrived in the national capital today morning and drove straight to meet the PM. ANM News have been reporting that a cabinet expansion is on the cards and PM Modi is most likely to accommodate JD(U) member in the union ministry. JD-U had stayed out of the Union Cabinet when PM Modi started his second term in 2019.
