Rahul Gandhi mentions ways to prevent avoidable deaths in coming pandemic wave

The Congress has published a white paper which the party claimed provides input and insights on Covid 19. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi held a press conference stating that the white paper has information which has inputs on how avoidable deaths can be prevented in the coming waves.
