By a staff reporter: No evidence of rape was found. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday appealed to the division bench of Chief Justice Prakash Srivastava of the Calcutta High Court to withdraw 21 rape cases in the post-poll violence case in West Bengal.
