Assembly elections 2022: ECI writes letter 5 states

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of poll The Election commission of india writes to chief secretaries of 5 poll-bound states to 'accelerate' COVID vaccination. Also ECI expresses concerns over low percentage of first dose inoculation in Manipur. Soon the poll panel may announce the dates for elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa and Punjab in January 2022.
