BY A STAFF REPORTER: Amid omicron, the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet has sealed the cancellation of panchayat elections and a resolution has been passed and sent to the Governor. State Election Commission may direct the Election Commission to cancel the elections after the Governor seals the proposal. Cabinet meeting, Dr. Narottam Mishra said that the Madhya Pradesh government is withdrawing the Panchayat State Amendment Ordinance. Meanwhile, The Rural Development Minister Mahendra Singh Chouhan said the Congress has tried to create a mess in panchayat elections from the very beginning.
