By A Staff Reporter : Ravi Saha, a Congress candidate from Ward No. 16, went to the High Court after the election. He was allegedly beaten on the street on the day of the election. So he approached the court for security.Justice Rajsekhar Mantha allowed him to file a case. The hearing could be tomorrow.
