BY A STAFF REPORTER: Trinamool won wards 137 and 140. Counting of votes in 144 wards has started this morning. Meanwhile, Wasim Ansari of the Congress won ward 137. On the other hand, Abu Mohammad Tariq of Trinamool Congress won ward 140.
