Speculations of a third front are gaining momentum as regional parties have expressed willingness to join hands to take on the Narendra Modi-led BJP in the next general elections. Political strategist Prashant Kishore met NCP chief Sharad Pawar in Delhi for the second time in quick succession. The two were closeted for several hours. Maharashtra NCP president Jayant Patil and Sharad Pawar's nephew Rohit Pawar were present in the meeting.
