By A Staff Reporter : Militant killing operations are going on in the valley. Encounter has break out between security forces, police and terrorists in Surankot sector of Punch on Tuesday morning. One terrorist killed in the encounter. Four magazines, including an AK-47 rifle, were recovered. Yesterday Jammu and Kashmir police personnel Safiq Ali was killed in a militant attack in Srinagar. With this, Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury pierced the government. In Parliament, he said, "The frequent terror incidents in Jammu and Kashmir that the Government's policy on Kashmir has completely failed."
