Chak De Phatte Harnaaz is Miss Universe

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Harnaaz Sandhu became Miss Universe in a glittering ceremony bringing back the crown to India after Lara Dutta last won it in 2000. Kareena Kapoor, and other Bollywood superstars congratulated Sandhu. Her first reaction on stage was ``Chak De Phatte'' as the jurists declared her a winner.
