CALGARY AIRPORT-DOWNTOWN-BANFF PASSENGER RAIL LINK STEP CLOSER TO REALITY

By Chandrayee Roy Choudhury, Canada:

A hydrogen-fuelled passenger rail line linking Calgary's Airport with downtown and BANFF has reached a design phase.... it's becoming a major step towards reality.
Proposed stations would be located at the major points within the City and towns of Cochrane,Morley,Canmore & BANFF. There would be 10 trains a day to the Rocky Mountain terminus.
The estimated one way ticket on the train with anticipated discounts in the national park would cost travellers $ 20 with a premium for out of province travellers that would double that.
