By a Staff Reporter : The Indian Air Force (IAF) has ordered a three-tier investigation into CDS Bipin Rawat's helicopter crash. The investigation will be led by Air Marshal Manabendra Singh. The investigation team reached the spot on the day of the incident. The cause of the accident is being investigated. This was stated by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in the Lok Sabha.
