LeT commander shot dead in encounter in Kashmir

India's fight against terror reached a major success when security forces gunned down a top LeT commander Mudassar Pundit after an encounter in Sopore in Jammu and Kashmir. Acting on a tip off, security forces surrounded the area and after a fierce encounter, Mudassar was found dead. The forces recovered a major cache of explosives and ammunition. Three associates of Mudassar were also found dead in the hideout.
