SSC Group D staff recruitment-corruption case to be heard by division bench of HC today

A division bench of the high court today heard the recruitment and corruption case of Group D employees of SSC. The division bench had earlier issued an interim stay on the single bench's CBI probe order. A full hearing in the case will begin today. In addition, a section of those whose salaries were ordered by the single bench in the SSC Group D employee recruitment-corruption case have approached the division bench of the high court. That case is also likely to be heard today.
