By a Staff Rporter : Mumbai was turned into a death knell by a terrorist attack before thirteen years on 26th November. That panic has not been erased from memory. In the meantime, sensational information has came out in front. Though police confiscate the phone of Mohammad Ajmal Kasav, the main accused in the Mumbai attacks, but it was destroyed by former Mumbai commissioner Param Bir Singh. Such a complaint has been made by a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police. Last July, Shamsher Singh Pathan lodged a written complaint with the Mumbai Police Commissioner, requesting an inquiry into the incident and taking appropriate action against Param Bir Singh.
