Sangma joins tmc with 12 mlas

The ruling party of this state got one more Mukul.Former Meghalaya Chief Minister Mukul Sangma has joined the Trinamool Congress.Out of 17 Congress MLAs, 12 MLAs also switched parties with him.As a result, the number of Congress MLAs in Meghalaya was reduced to six.According to Sangma, the Congress has failed to play its role as an opposition party.So this decision he took. Sangma said, Only Mamata Banerjee among the opposition can defeat the BJP.
