An English School

Teaching in English was a taboo. Yet his parents were adamant on getting the government nod for an English medium school.  The then minister for education, Kanti Biswas was equally headstrong on not giving permission.  But he waited patiently and ultimately gave birth to St Sebastian's school in the Tangra-Topsia area. In a candid interview with Avijit Nandi Majumdar, editor in chief of ANM News, Dr MP Rozaria, principal and secretary of the school, narrated many interesting anecdotes.
